Sunday ‘Shelve it!’

Hosted by Magan & Estelle @ Rather Be Reading

So I haven’t done one of these in forever it seems, and I thought it was a good time to do a current one.

I’ve had a rather emotional and over all crappy week last week and it taught me something about myself. While many people comfort eat when they are sad, frustrated and stressed out, or even plain old bored, I discovered that I no longer do that. I do something much worse (as far as my bank balance and my TBR pile is concerned); I comfort buy books. You will not believe how many I purchased last week!

Yep… I comfort buy apparently 😦 At least I’ll never be wanting for something to read.
I think it might get worse in the coming months… not the comfort buying, but book buying in general, because this year is set to be an amazing book Christmas with so many Big Names and New Release’s coming out in the next few months.

I also do comfort buying, but not necessarily books. Its usually something I’ve wanted for a while. I suppose there are worse things to do.
And I shall have to keep my eyes out for the upcoming releases!
