I attended the Sydney Writers Festival All Day YA events on Saturday and had the best time talking books and writing with a bunch of writing and book loving friends. Equally amazing where the four amazing panels and one author talk that I was fortunate enough to attend. There is just something magical about being surrounded by a few hundred people who love the same kind of books as you do, just as fiercely if not more so, and without any judgement for why do you like that? As usual my TBR tribled yesterday from various peoples boo recommendations and the publishing panels must read list in Teencon 2017!
This week I’m off on Kell’s Bookmark Clique Readers Retreat over the weekend and I’m really looking forward to talking books with these girls once again.
